Being in the uk and the hotel in the USA initially it was difficult and frustrating contacting the hotel. So if an email address to the front reception was easily available that would be great. Once there the staff were brilliant especially Lux at reception.

My husband and I drove to Scottsdale and the location of Camelback Inn is centrally located in the Valley. We stayed in a Casita and it was great to have our car outside our room and not need to valet park. The Casita offered lots of privacy and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the front patio. During our stay we enjoyed meals at Rita's, Lincoln Steakhouse and also poolside. The food and service at each area was outstanding and we highly recommend dining at the resort.

While a bit pricey, this was a fantastic place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, there is a great swimming pool, the restaurant had vegan options, and the scenery was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the room service was excellent. This is a great pace to relax!

The eggs at breakfast were consistently bad. But everything else was good, if overpriced.

Everything from room service to spa services to lunch on the patio was outstanding. Would highly recommend to others and already have!

We didn't have enough coffee in the room and had to request the staff to bring up more coffee and creamer.

lovely setting if remote from downtown, expensive & difficult to Uber around but good for a conference.
